At GYGL, we are committed to ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of all orders. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping zones, delivery timelines, applicable charges, and other relevant terms and conditions. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein.
Shipping Zones and Delivery Timelines
To provide accurate delivery estimates, we have categorized our shipping regions as follows:
- Zone A (Within City): Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Zone B (City to City): Estimated delivery within 3-4 business days.
- Zone C (Metro to Metro): Estimated delivery within 4-5 business days.
- ZoneD (Rest of India): Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Zone E (North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, and Kerala): Estimated delivery within 8-9 business days.
All delivery timelines are approximate and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to logistical disruptions, adverse weather conditions, or government-imposed restrictions.
Order Processing Time
- Orders shall be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays shall be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping shall be applicable only to prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Standard shipping charges shall apply to COD orders, calculated at checkout based on the delivery zone and order value. Additionally, a flat, non- refundable convenience fee of ₹150 shall be levied on all COD orders. This fee is strictly non- refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to order cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
By selecting the COD payment option, the customer expressly agrees to the deduction of the COD fee, which shall not be reimbursed under any condition.
Tracking Your Order
- Upon dispatch of an order, the customer shall receive a tracking ID via email and/or SMS to monitor the real-time delivery status.
- Customers may also track their orders directly through our official website.
Policy Amendments
GYGL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, or amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions shall become effective immediately upon being published on our website. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Limitation of Liability
GYGL shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, strikes, or acts of God;
- Third-party courier delays or disruptions;
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
In the event of any discrepancy, the Company’s decision shall be final and binding.
