Return and Cancellation Policy
Damaged or Defective Products
1. Notification Requirement
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at connect@gyglandgrow.com. Your email must include:
- Multiple clear images of the damaged or defective product(s).
- A detailed description of the issue.
2. Verification and Action
After reviewing the submitted proof and completing a verification process, GYGL will issue either:
- A store credit coupon equivalent to the value of the damaged/defective item, OR
- Reward points equivalent to the product value, redeemable for your next purchase.
3. Exclusion
This policy applies solely to products that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, alteration, or improper handling after receipt.
4. Customized Garments
Customized garments are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
In the rare case of receiving a damaged customized garment, reward points equivalent to the item's value will be provided after proof submission and inspection.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are not permitted.
2. Requesting a Cancellation
Email connect@gyglandgrow.com with your order number and request. Time of cancellation is determined by the timestamp of your email.
3. Refund Processing
Upon approval, the refund will be initiated within 3-4 working days. Final settlement to your bank account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders already processed, shipped, or out for delivery are not eligible for cancellation.
Important Notes
1. No Monetary Refunds
GYGL does not issue direct refunds. Returns are processed as exchanges or store credits/reward points only.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Products must pass inspection before exchanges or store credit are granted. GYGL may deny the request if the product condition is not compliant.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
4. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or credits if the returned product shows signs of misuse or if damage was not reported in accordance with this policy.
Processing Timelines
- Exchange Processing: 5-7 business days from receipt of the returned item.
- Coupon / Points Issuance: 3-5 business days from successful inspection.
- Refund Initiation (for cancellations): 3-4 business days.
- Final Bank Settlement: Subject to your bank/payment provider timelines.
Additional Legal Clauses
1. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Hyderabad.
2. Limitation of Liability
Except as otherwise provided in this policy, GYGL's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the product in question. GYGL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.
3. Force Majeure
GYGL shall not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance of this policy due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or disruptions in shipping or logistics.
4. Modification of Terms
GYGL reserves the right to modify or amend this Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy at any time, with such modifications being effective upon publication on our website. Any changes made will not apply retroactively to transactions completed before the modification date.
UK and EU Customer Terms
1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In compliance with UK and EU consumer protection laws, customers in the UK and EU are entitled to cancel their purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us via email at connect@gyglandgrow.com with your order details and a clear statement of cancellation.
2. Return Conditions
- Goods must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.
3. Refund Eligibility
For eligible cancellations:
- A full refund (including standard shipping charges) will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence of return.
- If the product is damaged or used, only a partial refund may be issued.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, you may choose between:
- A full refund
- A replacement item
- Store credit (if preferred)
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For UK and EU customers, this policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the customer's country of residence within the UK or EU.
